WHAT ABOUT THE THERAPIST?
What makes me the therapist for you?
When a client selects a therapist they may wish to discuss some of the most personal aspects of their life. They need to be confident that the therapist has not only received excellent training but also one that has the life-skills, maturity and integrity to work with each client. The client/therapist relationship is very important.
I trained at Raworth International College of Natural, Nutrition & Sports Therapies in Dorking and achieved success at all examinations with Credits.
TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS
ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology, Swedish massage & Indian head massage - all with credit.
Raworth Diploma's also awarded in the above therapies.
To gain Raworth Diplomas extensive training was completed with written and practical exams at the end of the courses. In particular, advanced techniques were studied and an extra 64 hours case studies completed to be awarded the Raworth Reflexology Practitioner's Diploma (other courses only require 40 hours case studies) giving me a total of 100 hours case studies before I had even taken the exam! In addition to the many hours of case studies the advanced techniques also included hand reflex, cancer and palliative care, chronic pain management, fertility, pregnancy, treatment of babies & children.
I feel it is important to stay at the forefront of complimentary therapy by updating and refreshing my skills regularly and further training has been completed to enhance the three main therapies:

One last thing, but very important .............. I also hold current (up to October 2009) enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check which enables me to work with vulnerable people. This has been completed because I complete voluntary work on a regular basis. This is an area I feel very strongly about, thoroughly enjoy and will continue to give some of my time to help others.

- I don't make unrealistic promises.
- Just good common sense aftercare advice and follow up action if necessary.
